What to Expect

This is a snapshot of the S3 process to give you an idea of what to expect when connecting with a Penske Shocks specialist.

Let's Do This

  • Onboarding

    Once you submit your information, a shock specialist will follow-up and make contact to begin the process.

  • Information Exchange

    Your shock specialist will gather pertinent information from you (i.e., type of car or bike, problems you are trying to solve, delivery time frame, etc.) and add it to your file.

  • Recommended Solutions

    Once the specs have been established, your shock specialist will work up solution options and deliver them for your consideration.

  • The Build

    Once you have selected the best solution for your needs, the technician will create a build sheet specific for your application, and we will get to work building your custom shock (by hand!) in our Reading, PA facility.

  • Delivery and Post-sale Support

    After you receive your new, custom shock, we encourage you to reach out to the technician who built it to confirm all is good and answer any questions when mounting it and before you hit the track or street for the first time.

  • Tools for Continued Improvement

    When you purchase a Penske shock, we make a commitment to your continued learning and advancement. As such, webinars, live Q&A sessions, website downloads, and other tools are available to our customers. Plus, you will always be able to count on your shock specialist for personal support.
